Little Monk – Hitting Moktak

Part of the “In the Old Days” product line, this is a figurine depicting a Buddhist monk hitting a moktak, a wooden percussion instrument used by Buddhist clergy during chanting.

Carefully made and painted by hand, they’re enjoyed in Korea not only as collector figurines but also as educational items for children to learn about the past.
